For those that know me, the answer may seem simple. However, on this platform all you see is my words. So, let’s take a dive into why I called my blog Shelly’s Journey.
I like turtles… like I feel like they are my spiritual animal. Anyway, for the longest time ever since I can remember- my family has always called me Shelly.
For a couple of reasons.
One- as I have stated before, turtles and I go hand in hand.
Two- I go at my own pace. Shelly Pace, as they call it. I am never in a rush for anything.
It use to bother me a bit when I was a younger, thinking that I wasn’t “fast enough”. However, I embrace it. I would rather go through life’s journey slow and steady. Not rushing and enjoying every moment.
